Pamela Malfavon

Pamela Malfavon has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a National Management Trainee at Sears Holdings Corporation. Pamela then became an Assistant Store Manager at the same company. In 2012, they joined Setnor Byer Insurance & Risk as an Account Executive and New Business Producer. Finally, in 2014, they joined FirstService Corp as a Product Manager, and later became the Director of Financial Products and Services.

Pamela Malfavon completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, from the years 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, in 2005 to 2006, they studied International Business at Universidad Anahuac in Mexico. Additionally, Pamela has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, received in December 2021. Pamela also achieved the Certified Insurance Counselor certification in December 2016. In November 2012, they obtained the General Lines License for Property and Casualty (2-20), although the institution where they received this license was not specified.
