Abhishek Ghurka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and advisory roles. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Go-to-Market at Firstsource since May 2021, Abhishek collaborates with executive leadership to shape growth strategies and manage relationships with private equity firms. Prior experience includes working as a Strategy Consultant and M&A Advisor at Ichbiah and Company from January 2017 to May 2021, where guidance was provided to clients on organic growth strategies and M&A. Abhishek also served at Sutherland for nine years in strategy consulting and M&A advisory roles, focusing on market dynamics and competitor strategies, along with a consulting role at Avalon Global Research. Abhishek's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Indira Institute of Management, Pune, and a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics & Telecommunication from Sinhgad College of Engineering.
