Alok Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administration, human resources, and security management. Currently serving as the Country Head of Physical Security for Firstsource since July 2023, Alok previously held various leadership roles, including Human Resources Consultant at Progressive Entrepreneur Private Limited and Founder positions at Organica and Mantra Cafe. As the Chief Executive Officer of Progressive Entrepreneur Pvt. Ltd., Alok led a start-up with diversified operations in facility management, manpower outsourcing, and more. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Administration for Reliance's J3 Project at the Jamnagar Refinery and Head of Administration and HR at Essar Projects India Ltd. Alok holds an MA in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Shobhit University.
