Dipti Naidu is an experienced procurement and commercial professional with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Procurement at Firstsource since July 2014, Dipti has progressed through various leadership roles including General Manager and Deputy General Manager for Commercials. Prior to Firstsource, Dipti held the position of Manager - Procurement at IndusInd Bank from July 2011 to June 2014, and worked as Manager - Technology at WNS Global Services from December 2006 to June 2011.
