John Anthony Misa

John Anthony Misa is an experienced professional in operations management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Associate Director at Firstsource since July 2022, Misa previously held multiple senior positions at Shearwater Health, including Senior Director of Operations and Director of Operations.
