Kate Neilson

Kate Neilson is an experienced HR professional with over 15 years in the field, currently serving as the Director of HR Operations & Employer Relations at Firstsource since April 2009. Prior roles at Firstsource included Associate Director of Employee Relations and HR Manager, focusing on operational HR matters in collaboration with Business Area Leaders. Prior to Firstsource, Kate worked as an HR & Recruitment Specialist at Barclaycard and as a Human Resource Officer at both Cumbrian Seafoods Limited and SSL International. Earlier career experience includes positions such as Human Resource Advisor at ThyssenKrupp and Recruitment Executive at Infoserve Limited. Kate holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from Liverpool John Moores University (2001-2004) and GCSEs from Nunthorpe Comprehensive School (1994-1999).
