Bastiaan Spijk

Bastiaan Spijk is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager for adapa Group since July 2025, Bastiaan previously held the role of HR Manager at SciSure, where efforts were focused on developing a global People strategy post-merger. Prior to that, Bastiaan significantly contributed to eLabNext from March 2020 to July 2025 by building the HR function and overseeing business operations during a key growth phase.
