Katrina Castillo

Katrina Castillo is currently an Operations Manager at Firstsource, a role they have held since 2023. They previously served as an Assistant Operations Manager and have gathered extensive experience in operations and customer service throughout their career. Katrina worked as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys and later held various roles at ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO, including Performance Development Supervisor and Coach. They also served as a School Administrator at Sto. Nino Smart Child Learning Center and held the position of Associate Operations Manager at Tech Mahindra. Katrina earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from the University of San Carlos, graduating in 2004.
