Michael Coupland has extensive experience in both facilities management and creative writing. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Facilities at Firstsource since March 2017, Michael has previously held roles as Floor Manager and Customer Experience Leader within the same company. Additionally, Michael has been a Writer and Illustrator for Lightwood Books since October 2012, creating works such as "The Dentist and the Octopus" series and "Lost the Plot." Prior to these roles, Michael gained experience in telecommunications at Webhelp UK and worked as a sales assistant at Asda. Michael also briefly served as an Activity Co-ordinator at Anchor Trust. Educationally, Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Nottingham between 2009 and 2012.
