Rajiv Malhotra

Rajiv Malhotra is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in driving growth and managing P&L across various sectors, particularly in Europe and the EMEA region. Currently serving as President - EMEA at Firstsource since May 2022, Rajiv oversees the largest business unit, contributing over 36% of the organization's overall business, with a focus on communications, media, energy, and utilities, while also leading digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Rajiv was Senior Vice President - Chief Growth Officer Europe at Mphasis, where responsibilities included managing sales and P&L across multiple industries. Rajiv's previous positions at Atos Syntel and Syntel involved leadership in sales for banking, insurance, and telecom sectors across the UK and Europe, showcasing a proven track record in business development. Rajiv holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Fr Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering in Mumbai, India.
