Ritu Gurung

Ritu Gurung is an experienced professional in human resources and hospitality management. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Firstsource since June 2022, Ritu previously held the positions of Management Trainee in Human Resources and Secretary of the Student Body Council at the School of Inspired Leadership. Additional experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Teach For India and roles at Accor India, where Ritu worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, responsible for overseeing restaurant staff and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ritu's foundational training in the hospitality industry includes positions at Four Points by Sheraton and Howard Johnson Hotel. Ritu holds a Post Graduate Program degree in Human Resource Leadership from the School of Inspired Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Motel Administration from the Army Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
