Sankara Mahalingam

Sankara Mahalingam is an experienced professional with a strong background in community outreach and sustainability. Currently serving as the Global Lead for Community Outreach at Firstsource since August 2021, Sankara is part of the HR CoE team focused on developing impactful Social Purpose programs. Prior experience includes over 16 years at Cognizant, where Sankara held several roles, including Program Manager for Global ESG, Manager of CSR, and Senior Associate in outreach initiatives. Additionally, Sankara has worked in roles ranging from marketing executive to soldier in the Indian Paramilitary Force, emphasizing skills in operations, project management, and community engagement. Sankara holds dual B.B.A degrees in Business Administration from Kendriya Vidyalaya and the University of Madras.
