Sriram Muthukrishnan

Sriram Muthukrishnan is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as a Director at Firstsource since June 2023. Prior to this, Sriram held the position of Engagement Delivery Lead at Cognizant from October 2008 to May 2023, where responsibilities included defining RPA delivery methodology and process tools. Sriram's extensive background includes a role as Sr Manager - Projects at Cognizant, focusing on team management, resource allocation, and project delivery across diversified locations. Sriram's career began as a Senior Systems Engineer at Sakshi Automation Solution, followed by a Project Manager role at Birlasoft.
