Unni Krishnan

Unni Krishnan has extensive experience in operational analytics, having served as Associate Director of Ops BI at Firstsource since October 2008, where Unni leads the Centralized MIS Reporting Function across multiple verticals including Mortgage, Healthcare, BFSI, and Collections, focusing on report automation and methodology implementation. Previous roles include Senior Manager for MIS Training, Recruitment, and Service Quality, and Manager for MIS in Training and Development, where Unni facilitated digitized dashboards and reports. Prior to Firstsource, Unni held positions at ICICI OneSource, including Assistant Manager and Sr Executive in MIS, and Process Leader, demonstrating a strong background in data reporting, team management, and compliance. Unni is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature through distance education at Sikkim Manipal University.
