Veena Sawant

Veena Sawant is a seasoned professional in client services, currently serving as SVP of Client Services for Europe at Firstsource since January 2021, following a progression to Vice President. With extensive experience in account management, business development, and commercial contract management, Veena has played a pivotal role in managing key strategic clients within the Telecom and Media vertical. Prior roles at Firstsource include General Manager of Client Services and Deputy General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed relationship management and successful client initiatives in the UK and India. Veena's career also includes presales and operations management in various sectors, commencing at ICICI OneSource. Educationally, Veena holds an Engineer’s Degree in Architecture from Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
