Vivek G. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate and internal communications spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Communications at Firstsource since July 2023, Vivek manages a range of responsibilities including internal and client communications. Previous roles include Head of Internal Communications at udaan.com, and Capgemini, where Vivek led initiatives to enhance employee engagement and communication strategies. Additional experience includes senior communications positions at WNS Global Services, Aegis Limited, TCS e-Serve International Ltd., SAP Labs India, Sonata Software, and Kale Consultants Ltd. Vivek holds a PGDIM in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.
