Ben Paul has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Ben is currently the President of FirstTrust Home Loans, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Vice President at AMC Mortgage from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for overall company growth and digital marketing. From 2016 to 2022, Ben served as the President of the Board of Directors for Oklahoma Mortgage Bankers Association, focusing on advocacy and education within the Oklahoma Mortgage Industry. Before that, they worked at Arvest Bank as the SVP, Mortgage Loan Manager from 2016 to 2018, and at Bank of Oklahoma as the AVP, Mortgage Sales Manager, and Branch Manager from 2007 to 2016. Ben started their career at Oklahoma Employees Credit Union as a Department Manager from 2005 to 2007.
Ben Paul has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management from the University of Central Oklahoma. In addition, they have obtained the certification in "Disney's Keys of Leadership" from the Disney Institute.
