Gagan Singh

Gagan Singh has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2009, they began their career as a Technical Manager/SWAT Lead at IBM. Gagan then moved to CSE Insurance Group as a Middleware Analyst. In 2010, they joined Halifax Insurance as an IT Project Manager. The following year, they were appointed as an Integration Manager at Kaiser Permanente IT. In 2012, they started working at IDI- IBM as a Managing Consultant. Gagan was then hired as a Sr. Technical Manager and Program Manager - Middleware at a major health insurance company. In 2014, they returned to FirstVitals Health and Wellness Inc. as IT Director. Three years later, they were promoted to VP Engineering, where they focused on leveraging data in healthcare to drive value for patients, providers, and health systems. Gagan also served as a DevOps Engineering Leader and Agile Coach at IDI.

Gagan Singh has a BTech from the University of Technology Sydney and a PMP from the Project Management Institute. Gagan also has several certifications, including Agile Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute, Artificial Intelligence from Coursera, Blockchain from IBM, PeopleSoft PeopleTools from Oracle, WebSphere Application Server from IBM, WebSphere Virtual Enterprise from IBM, and Websphere Message Broker from IBM.
