Catherine Labarca, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 18 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Catherine began their career in 2003 as a Human Resources Assistant at the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County. In 2006, they moved to Rosemont Farms Corporation as a Human Resources Generalist. Catherine then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Taylor & Francis Group from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Director of Human Resources at Internet Advertising Group (WebNet Holdings Inc.). From 2011 to 2021, they held the same role at RAS Legal Group. Currently, Catherine is the Director of Human Resources at First Wave BioPharma, Inc.

Catherine Labarca, PHR, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Florida State University.
