Cynthia Knowles

Cynthia Knowles holds a BS degree from Bowling Green State University and has extensive experience in the payments and financial services industry. Currently, Cynthia serves as a Board Member at PayTech Women and as Vice President at FIS, where roles have included VP of Payments Engagement and VP of Market Integration & EMV Migration. Additionally, Cynthia is the VP/Head of Business Administration for the Communications & Education Working Group at the U.S. Payments Forum/Secure Technology Alliance, contributing expertise in EMV, contactless payments, and payment ecosystem innovations. Previous positions include VP of Marketing and Business Development at Fidelity National Information Services and various leadership roles at Certegy, Equifax Check Services, and Telecredit Service Corporation, where notable achievements include Rookie of the Year and Account Executive of the Year.
