Jodie Moss is a seasoned Director of Infrastructure Operations, currently overseeing global infrastructure and capacity strategy for one of the largest technology footprints in financial services. With over two decades of experience at FIS, they have successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led automation initiatives, and introduced forecasting frameworks that align with business objectives. Jodie has guided significant data center modernization efforts and is presently serving as Program Manager for a global technology divestiture and onboarding initiative. They emphasize structured leadership, team accountability, and operational discipline. Jodie is pursuing a degree at Southern New Hampshire University.
