Lance Tappa

Lance Tappa is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Vendor Operations & Special Projects at FIS since July 2015, Lance manages a team focused on contractual processes for key platform vendors and leads strategic initiatives within the organization. Lance is also an ordained deacon in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee as of September 2022. Previously, Lance held the position of Key Initiatives Leader in Sales & Marketing Operations at Caterpillar Inc., focusing on strategic growth in the mining sector, and spent 15 years at ManpowerGroup in various management roles, where responsibility increased over time in areas such as process improvement and vendor program management. Lance is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
