Manuel Ventura is a dynamic leader in data organization management, currently serving as the Director of Development at FIS. They spearhead high-impact teams focused on service design and compliance, working closely with leadership to optimize processes and enhance data integrity. With extensive experience in team management and system administration, Manuel has previously held roles such as Senior Service Transition Analyst at Springer Nature and Global Incident & Problem Manager at Fujitsu Technology Solutions. They hold a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and Management from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Instituto Superior de Gestão.
