Martyna Wójcik

Martyna Wójcik is an experienced HR Operations Specialist at FIS, focusing on fringe benefit administration and providing support for employee inquiries within EMEA since June 2015. In addition, Martyna has served as a Recruitment Specialist, managing recruitment processes and headhunting IT professionals. Since July 2017, Martyna has also been a Trainer at Sages, conducting training sessions for ICT recruiters and candidates while representing the company in media. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Randstad Sp. z o.o., where Martyna managed ICT recruitment projects and candidate selection. Martyna holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology of Work and Organizations from the University of Warsaw, as well as postgraduate studies in HR Business Partner from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
