Nathan Rozof

EVP, Corporate Finance & Investor Relations at FIS

Nathan Rozof is currently the EVP of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at FIS. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and M&A at Worldpay from January 2018 to July 2019. During their time at Worldpay, Nathan led financial diligence, valuation analysis, and the development of management presentations and materials for the Board of Directors in support of multiple strategic acquisitions, including Worldpay’s sale to FIS. Nathan was twice elected to Institutional Investor’s All-America Executive Team by the external investment community of leading shareholders and sell-side analysts. Nathan also increased the company’s mix of international shareholders by benchmarking leading multinational companies and implementing best practices to establish a best-in-class global IR program.

Before joining Worldpay, Nathan served as Vice President of Equity Research for the Computer Services & IT Consulting Sector at Morgan Stanley from October 2009 to July 2012. In this role, they provided analysis and recommendations on stocks within their sector to both institutional and individual investors. Nathan began their career in equity research as an Associate for the Computer Services and IT Consulting Sector at Citi from August 2006 to October 2009.

Nathan Rozof has a Master of Business Administration from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Nathan is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
