Nicholas Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process analysis and technical support within the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Analyst and Product Owner at FIS since November 2022, Nicholas utilizes agile delivery methodologies in a Business Intelligence Scrum Team. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Principal Consultant at Enterprise Iron Financial Industry Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included leading development and production for multiple products while managing critical infrastructure. Nicholas's career also includes roles as a Technical Support Engineer and Team Lead for Jack Henry & Associates, providing server support and managing escalations, as well as experience in desktop services at Regions Financial Corporation. Early in the career, Nicholas worked with SunGard (now part of FIS) in various technical and supervisory roles.
