Shelley Stanley

Shelley Stanley is the Senior Director of Learning Strategy at FIS, where they lead a team focused on enhancing the learning experience for over 400 financial institutions. Previously, Shelley held various roles at FIS, including Learning Solutions Manager and Community Banking Business Consultant, and worked as a Business Consultant at Harte-Hanks, Inc. with expertise in profitability analysis for banks. Their career began in the financial sector as a Teller and evolved through roles involving extensive travel for banking software implementations. Shelley holds a B.S. in Marketing from UCF College of Business and an A.S. in Business Administration from Central Florida Community College.
