Stephanie Stearman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational management and client services. Currently serving as Senior Director of New Business and Support at FIS since October 2020, Stephanie led a successful outsourcing initiative that achieved remarkable employee retention and client satisfaction metrics. Prior to this role, Stephanie spent over 16 years at T.
