Vladimir Fookson

Vladimir Fookson serves as the Head of Sales for Capital Markets at FIS since December 2015 and has concurrently held the position of SVP, Head of Sales for Securities Finance and Processing at SunGard Financial Systems since January 2015. At SunGard, Vladimir manages a team of over 20 sales and pre-sales executives across North America, focusing on Securities Finance, Processing, and Collateral Management solutions, while being responsible for revenue growth and sales forecasting. With a long-standing career at SunGard that began in June 1999, Vladimir has also served as VP, Head of Sales & Relationship Management for Securities Operations and as Director of Product Development & Professional Services, showcasing extensive experience in software product design and implementation within the Securities Industry. Vladimir holds an MBA in Business Administration and MIS from Boston University and a BA in Finance and International Business from UMass Boston.
