Dr. Guido Bonati

Dr. Guido Bonati has held various leadership positions in the field of technology and laser solutions. Dr. Guido is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at FISBA since May 2020. Prior to that, they were the CEO of LIMO GmbH from February 2017 to May 2020.

Dr. Bonati also worked at Coherent Inc. as the Director of Business Development & Product Line Management from January 2012 to January 2017. Before that, they held multiple roles at JENOPTIK AG, including Managing Director of Jenoptik Laser GmbH from May 2010 to December 2011, Managing Director of Jenoptik Laserdiode GmbH from July 2007 to May 2010, Managing Director of Jenoptik Laser Solution GmbH from February 2005 to July 2007, and Manager of Product Development at Jenoptik Laserdiode GmbH from February 2002 to February 2005.

Prior to their work at JENOPTIK AG, Dr. Bonati was a Senior Engineer in Product Development at Spectra-Physics from November 1999 to February 2002. Overall, they have extensive experience in the technology and laser industry with a focus on leadership and business development.

Dr. Guido Bonati completed their education between 1987 and 1996 at RWTH Aachen University, where they earned a PhD degree in Laser Technology within the field of Mechanical Engineering.
