Uwe Haarnagel

Uwe Haarnagel is an experienced operations leader in the coating and cleaning industry, currently serving as Leiter Reinigung/Beschichtung at FISBA since April 2019. Previously, Uwe held the position of Abteilungsleiter Combuster Parts at GE Power from February 2017 to March 2019, focusing on personnel management, equipment availability, process improvements, and successful implementation of Lean methodologies, achieving significant cost reductions. Prior experience includes roles at Alstom Power from 2005 to 2017, where Uwe was responsible for advanced technology management, resource allocation, and leading continuous cost reduction initiatives. Uwe started a career at Sulzer Metco AG in 1989, where expertise in coating production and robotic programming was developed.
