Ameny CHAABANI

R&D Signal Integrity Engineer at Fischer Connectors SA

Ameny CHAABANI began their work experience in 2019 with a stage at Expleo Group. In 2021, they worked at Fischer Connectors as a Master Thesis student, focusing on signal integrity and equalization solutions for cable-connector systems. This involved studying different equalization types, simulating passive equalization circuits, and designing a passive equalization circuit solution PCB. Ameny continued their work at Fischer Connectors in 2021 as an R&D Signal Integrity Engineer, where they conducted high-speed signal integrity simulation and analysis for connectors and PCBs using CST Studio Suite. They also performed frequency-domain and time-domain measurements using a Vector Network Analyzer, implemented the IEEE370-2020 Standard, and post-processed measurement data using Python or Matlab. Currently, Ameny is a member of the IEEE EMC Society, starting in 2022.

Ameny CHAABANI completed their education at various institutions. From 2016 to 2018, they attended the Institut préparatoire aux études scientifiques et techniques la marsa (IPEST) where they earned a CPGE degree in PCSI and PC*. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) at Grenoble INP - Phelma from 2018 to 2021, specializing in physics electronics telecommunication. Additionally, from 2019 to 2020, they also studied at Politecnico di Torino, although no specific degree or field of study information is provided for this period. Lastly, in 2020 and 2021, Ameny CHAABANI pursued a Master's degree in Micro and Nanotechnologies for integrated systems at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne).
