Nathaniel Overall

Nathaniel Overall has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nathaniel has recently joined Fischer Connectors as the Head of Plant Operations (US) in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Scholle IPN as the Plant Manager from January 2020 to April 2022, and as the Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager from March 2018 to January 2020. Before joining Scholle IPN, Nathaniel worked at United Technologies, where they held the position of Senior Process Engineer and Core Quality Supervisor from March 2015 to March 2018, and as Process Engineer and Core Quality Supervisor from February 2013 to March 2015. Earlier in their career, Nathaniel worked at Beckman Coulter, where they held various positions, including Senior Technical Operations Engineer, Technical Operations Engineer II, and Technical Operations Engineer. Nathaniel started their professional journey as a Service Technician at Summer Breeze Pool and Spa, where they repaired and maintained pumps, motors, and filters.

Nathaniel began their academic journey by attending Georgia College & State University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in General Science. Following this, they enrolled at Georgia Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009. Finally, Nathaniel pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Georgia Institute of Technology in the field of Operations, Analytics, Leadership, and IT Resource Management, completing their degree from 2015 to 2017.
