Pascal Schwab

Pascal Schwab has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Pascal started their career in 1990 as a Sales Engineer at Landis & Gyr Communication, where they were responsible for sales and technical follow-up of products. Pascal then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at MEI from 1994 to 1997, providing direct support to international customers and designing sales materials. From 1998 to 2001, Pascal worked at MEI as a Product Manager, leading the transition to the new Euro currency for banknote validators and promoting and selling solutions to large accounts.

In 2002, they joined MEI again, this time as a Sales and Marketing Engineer and Quality Engineer. Pascal compiled offers, provided technical support to customers, and ensured quality control of products. From 2005 to 2006, Pascal served as an International Sales Manager at Swiss Advanced Materials, selling copper profiles and providing technical support and market analysis.

In 2007, they joined Valtronic SA as an Account Manager, specializing in sales of medical devices and high-value components. Pascal implemented and monitored client budgets and analyzed the profitability of products and projects. From 2014 to 2016, Pascal worked at ECR Electronics AG as a Key Account Manager, managing technical and sales aspects of electronical modules and developing the market.

Currently, Pascal holds the position of Area Sales Manager at Fischer Connectors since 2017. In this role, they actively manage distributors in the MEA region, provides technical and commercial support for connector products, and ensures the successful completion of customer projects.

Pascal Schwab has a Bachelor's degree in Micromechanics from the School of Business and Engineering Vaud (HEIG-VD). Pascal obtained this degree between the years 1984 and 1987. In 1988 and 1989, Pascal attended the Harvard Extension School in Cambridge, MA (USA) and obtained an English certificate. Prior to their bachelor's degree, Pascal also completed a CFC in Mechanic of Machines at Bobst SA Prilly from 1979 to 1983. In 2013, Pascal obtained an IPMA Certified Project Management Associate certification from the Kim Organisation. This certification was obtained through the VZPM - Association for the certification for persons in management.
