Martin Neumann has a diverse work experience. Martin started their career at Festo in 2013 as an intern. Martin then worked as a Product Owner and Product Manager in the Digital Business division at Festo from 2017 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the planning and communication of the product roadmap, formulation of user stories, communication with international sales, customer visits, and product presentations. Martin also worked as a Pricing Specialist for digital products at Festo for a brief period in 2017, where they created and introduced a methodology for pricing digital products and services. Prior to their time at Festo, Martin served as a Teaching Assistant at the Technical University of Munich in 2012 and 2014. Currently, they are the Head of Connected Products at the fischer group, starting in 2022.

Martin Neumann's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Martin then pursued a Master of Science degree in Management and Technology at the same university from 2014 to 2017. In 2015 to 2016, they attended Sogang University for a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on International/Global Studies.
