Michelle Groeschen

Michelle Groeschen has been with Fischer Homes since June 1992, holding various titles such as CFO and Senior Vice President Finance and Accounting-Treasurer. Michelle oversees finance, accounting, accounts payable, and payroll functions with 20 associates reporting to her. With operations in multiple states, Michelle manages financial statements, tax returns, compliance filings, credit facilities, land acquisitions, insurance policies, audits, incentive compensation programs, and more. Prior to Fischer Homes, Michelle worked at Grant Thornton as a Manager in Audit. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University.
