Monte Parker

Monte Parker is an experienced professional currently serving as an Elite Coach at Fischer Homes since June 2019, in addition to the role of Sales Counselor. Responsibilities include coaching new associates through a comprehensive three-month training program and providing ongoing support after their promotion. Prior experience includes positions as a Sales Consultant and Sales Associate, as well as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Downtown South Bend, Inc. Monte Parker also contributed to the Office of Admissions at Indiana University Bloomington, handling confidential information and engaging with applicants. Monte Parker earned a degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Indiana University Bloomington between 2015 and 2019, and also attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2017.
