Over 50 years ago, Case Fischer and Mark Wieser started selling jams and jellies in their store, Das Peach Haus, made from peaches grown in their own orchard behind the store. Today, Fischer & Wieser has expanded its product offering beyond condiments to over 150 products that include pasta sauces, soups, meal starters, marinades, cooking sauces, pie fillings, and internationally inspired-recipes. The 85,000 sq ft SQF Level 2 facility specializes in hot-fill, shelf-stable products that are manufactured in Fredericksburg, TX. Fischer & Wieser is well known for award-winning unique recipes that include the expertise of recipe creation, hand-roasting, and use of high-risk allergens. Products can be found throughout the United States and globally under the Fischer & Wieser, Mom’s, Stick and Tine, and Dr. Foo’s brands. The original family farm continues to thrive and has expanded into a food and wine destination known as Fischer & Wieser’s Farmstead which includes a cooking school, tasting room, guest houses, distillery, and more.
