Carolina Collantes

Carolina Collantes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax law and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Partner at Fischer y Cia. since January 2021, Carolina has previously held the same position at Baraona Fischer & Cía from August 2011 to January 2021. Prior to these roles, Carolina worked as a Tax Attorney at BaraonaMarre Law Firm from March 2005 to August 2011 and at Ernst & Young from 1998 to 2005. Carolina's academic background includes a Certified degree in Corporate Finance from Universidad de Chile / Escuela de Economía y Negocios (2010-2011), a course in International Taxation from New York University (2008), and a degree from Universidad de Chile (1994-1998).
