Kalpana Mohanlal

Kalpana Mohanlal has a strong background in the IT industry. Kalpana started their career in 1999 as a consultant at Zensar Technologies and worked there until 2001. Kalpana then joined Tekforce Corp as a Senior Consultant in 2005 and stayed there until 2011. In 2011, they moved to WageWorks as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there for a year before transitioning to SoftSol as a Senior Consultant in 2012. Kalpana stayed at SoftSol for three years and then joined State Compensation Insurance Fund in 2015 as an Information Technology Specialist. Kalpana is currently working at FiSec Global Inc as a Business System Analyst, a position they have held since 2020.

Kalpana Mohanlal obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree (BCom) from Mount Carmel College in India. Kalpana later pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science (MS) from San Francisco Bay University.
