Ed Stutz is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human capital strategies. Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Fiserv since July 2019, Ed has supported senior leaders across complex divisions, driving operational efficiency and employee performance. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Human Resources and VP of Talent Acquisition at First Data Corporation, where Ed developed and implemented effective recruitment strategies and led a global team. Earlier roles at Avnet, Impact Innovations, and TEKsystems involved full-cycle recruitment and strategic consulting for various technical and management positions. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
