Denise Thul

Denise Thul, MA-HRIR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience in various HR functions, including labor relations, recruiting, and change management. Denise has served in roles such as VP of Human Resources at Rise, Inc. since 2022, and previously held positions as Human Resources Director at St. Croix Health and Human Resources Specialist at the Minnesota Judicial Branch. Their early career included roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Lakeview Health and a Human Resources Manager at Synergy HomeCare. Denise earned their degree at the UMN Carlson School of Management from 2008 to 2011.
