Hemalatha Chinniah

Hemalatha Chinniah has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Hemalatha started their career as an Associate Software Developer at RAVSOFT SOLUTIONS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, where they played a crucial role in the design, development, and testing process for software development projects, including the creation of a PACS system. Hemalatha then joined Accenture as an Associate Quality Assurance Analyst before moving on to Duck Creek Technologies. At Duck Creek Technologies, they initially worked as a Sr. Associate Quality Assurance Analyst and later took on the role of Test Engineer 1. In these positions, they gained expertise in evaluating documents, preparing test cases, and ensuring application requirements were met. Currently, Hemalatha is a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst at Fiserv. Overall, their work experiences have provided their with in-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies like Agile (Scrum) and valuable experience in quality assurance and software development.
