Padma Shetty has over a decade of experience in project and program management across various industries, including technology and banking. Beginning a career as a Java Developer at ACS, a Xerox Company, Padma transitioned to a Business Analyst role and later to senior positions at Capgemini, including Senior Business Analyst for Sony and Target clients, and Project Manager for Cisco. Padma held the role of Project Delivery Manager at Virtusa for Mashreq Bank projects, managing the full project lifecycle within an Agile framework. Later, as a Scrum Master at Capgemini, Padma coordinated multiple scrum teams focusing on Pega Tool methodologies. Currently, as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Fiserv, Padma oversees two product lines and a team of over 40 engineers, demonstrating strong leadership and technical expertise in managing complex projects. Padma holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science from NMAMIT, Nitte.
