Ralph Au is a dedicated volunteer currently serving as Treasurer and Board Member for the Delaware County Historical Society since 2017. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of MIS at Directel from 1984 to 1994 and worked as a System Architect at Fiserv, Biller Solutions from 1995 to 2014. Ralph has also been a Platform Manager at both CheckFree and Fiserv, where they worked until 2021. They earned a Master’s degree in Operations Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University between 1966 and 1972.
