Sarah Percival is a creative Customer Success Leader with a passion for working with people and solving problems. They have a diverse background in both education and business, holding a Master of Arts in Teaching, Learning, and Teacher Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and multiple bachelor’s degrees from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Sarah's experience includes roles at Baxter Auto, TPG, Inc., Westside Community Schools, and currently as the Director of Partner Management at Fiserv, where they focus on client relationships and strategic partnerships. They have demonstrated a commitment to collaboration, lifelong learning, and delivering quality work with consistency.
