Susan Stolfi is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in program and project management at Fiserv, where various roles include Senior Director of Program Management, Client Care, Implementations, and Senior Project Manager to the President. In these positions, Susan has led teams of over 250 members, conducted senior executive reporting, and spearheaded confidential process improvement projects. Additionally, expertise includes managing client care relationships, developing operational policies, and enhancing efficiency in both Business Intelligence and Printing departments.
