Randall Sjolander possesses extensive experience in restaurant management, serving as General Manager at Fish City Grill since July 2016. Prior to this role, Randall held the position of Operations General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings for over a year, managing one of the highest volume stores in the state. Randall also has a notable background as Vice President of Operations at Stadia Sports Grill, where oversight extended to all locations. Additional experience includes General Manager roles at Twin Peaks Restaurants and managing partner at Hooters Texas Wings, where responsibilities ranged from hands-on to regional management. Randall's educational background includes attendance at Harper Rainey College from 1987 to 1988.
