Kristine McKinney is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Talent & Inclusion Officer at Fish & Richardson P.C. Prior to this, Kristine held roles such as Director of Professional Development & Engagement / Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP and Firmwide Diversity Manager at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. With a Master's Degree in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a BA in Communications from the University of Minnesota, Kristine also holds an Executive Education Certificate in Leadership in Law Firms from Harvard Law School. Additionally, Kristine has a Certificate in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
