Mubarak Osman

Mubarak Osman is an accomplished investment professional currently serving as an Investment Associate at CIH Group since November 2023. With a rich background in venture building, Mubarak holds leadership roles as a Board Member and Head of Programming at Fishbowl Challenge, contributing to the development of social ventures through the College Venture Builder Program. As a co-founder of Ethical Cocoa, Mubarak focuses on end-to-end traceability in the cocoa value chain. Experience includes roles in grants and fundraising at Farming In Africa, previous Investment Associate positions at Delta40 Studio and Factor[e] Ventures, and earlier work as an Investment Analyst at CIH Group and a Research Analyst at Conservation Capital. Mubarak's educational background encompasses a B. Eng (Hons) in Electrical Power Systems Engineering from The African Leadership University and a high school education in General Science from Presbyterian Boys' Secondary School.
